Possibly you understand that the subconscious mind is very quick to act on whatever you give it.  Even if we are not aware of it, all of us are always talking with our subconscious. Every emotionally charged thought or repetitive thought is picked up. This makes faith a very powerful human emotions and thoughts.

A strong expectation turns on the gigantic creative power and can be simply manifested in the physical world. But many of us are gloomy and therefore feel negative emotions more often than positive feelings. Worry, fear, and stress are bad feelings that leads to negative subconscious programming.

 

You may or may not have heard about the Law of Attraction, but whether or not you've heard of it, you are still subject to its laws.  Just like we are all subject to the Law of Gravity.

 

The more time that you spend in a negative mental condition, and the more negative emotions that you're feeling, the more the discontent you will find in your experience. You may attract the people, scenarios, and the circumstances that will add worry and stress your life. This is something that may be quite easily cured however, and it just takes a conscious decision to observe your thoughts and feelings.

Feelings arise from our deeper selves, they're essentially a steering system to tell us whether we are pondering what we want or what we don't want. When you are feeling adversely, either worrying about the past, present or future event, you are thinking negatively and pondering things that you don't want.

It is actually possible to change the thoughts as they arise and switch them for more positive, helpful thoughts. When you're feeling your mood change and start to feel positive emotions, you will know that you are now attracting the things into your life that will please you.

It may be difficult at first to watch your thoughts, but just like anything else in life, practice is essential. Take the time and effort to take control of your conscious thinking mind, so you can only program your subconscious with thoughts of things that you do want to occur. This will be an investment in yourself that will benefit you for a lifetime.
