The human body operates most efficiently when it is in balance, or has achieved a state known as homeostasis. As such, optimal recovery means that all body systems have returned to the state they were in before exercise (homeostasis). However, for most avid exercisers, exercise recovery is a limiting factor. The better you can recover, the sooner and better you can train. The process of recovery (regeneration) gets less attention than it should. Every person should have a systematic plan that includes recovery activities on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis. The following are simple tools that you can implement to help your body recover better between exercise bouts.

If you want six pack abs, then most ab exercises are NOT going to help. The reality is that in order to get (and see) those 6 pack abs, you need to be doing two very specific things.
You need to be doing higher intensity full body workouts and paying close attention to the foods you put in your mouth. That’s the formula.
But I’m going to assume that you’ve got those 2 components in place, right? Especially if you’ve been using any of my workout programs.

The methods that you use to workout during pregnancy prepares you for delivery and keeps you in great condition. Lots of ladies remain energetic during pregnancy, they work, they do their shopping, they keep up with their household duties and so on. If you're used to typical physical exercise, then a lack of normal exercise will create a huge gap in your daily or weekly routine. Moreover, it is not healthy either! An expectant lady can train, but in a completely different way. You need to discover new fundamentals again!

Are you kidding me?
That’s probably what was just going through your mind, I know.
But as you know, I’m not a fan of uber long workouts – be them cardio or strength training. I’m all about giving you the goods (and the results) in at least HALF the time so that you can still enjoy the rest of your life too.
