Natural Female Bodybuilding Tip #1 - Feed Your Muscles

 

If you want to build finely detailed natural female muscle your female bodybuilding diet is IMPORTANT.  It is required that you eat meals before and after training to nourish your muscles.  Your pre-training meal should contain protein and carbs to sustain high-powered training sessions, and your post-training meal should contain carbohydrates and complete protein to nourish the muscle and assist in the rebuilding process.  Try to consume your post-training meal in within 20 minutes after your weight training if possible for best nutrient absorption.

Natural Female Bodybuilding Tip #2 - Train Intensely, Yet Briefly

A lot of women new to female bodybuilding generally overtain, implementing a lot of exercises, sets, and repetitions; assuming more is better.  When starting a new female bodybuilding training system it's important that you workout enough to stimulate muscle growth, however stop before you merge into overtraining.  An effective weight training program is intense, but brief.  Your job when working out is to stimulate the muscle, not overtrain it.  Once you've trained the targeted muscle with just a few exercises, sets, and reps, stop, rest, and allow it to grow.  You can get a GREAT workout accomplished in just 45 to 60 minutes.

Natural Female Bodybuilding Tip #3 - Relax to Construct New Muscle

Resting is a CRITICAL aspect to muscle growth.  A lot of women new to weight training fail miserably in the resting department, yet question why they aren't making strength or muscle gains.  Just as your workout and diet are critical to muscle gains, so is resting.  If you fail to get adequate rest, your muscles will not grow.  The actual muscle growth takes place when you are resting ... Not when you are training.  When you allow your muscles to relax after an intense workout, you allow them to grow.  Take a step back and get an extra days rest and watch your muscles and strength soar.

Don't worry about becoming manly by working out with weights.  Women do not produce enough testosterone to produce monster-like muscle gains overnight.  Weight training will give women fit physiques they are confident with.
